Get Over That Hangover

Past is a beautiful possession which we all possess.
It is history of events created by us, destroyed by us and (almost knowingly) nurtured by us. We have come a long way by treating the past as dumping grounds to our-not-so-beloved memories. But now it's time we STOP.  It's time we give ourselves a pat on the back, learn from it (even if we've screwed it badly) and vow to not live in it any further.
An excerpt by Shockwaves states it best:

"When you look back in your life
And you see your glorious past
Good days, bad days
Moments full of memories
You're proud of what you have been,
Don't feel sorry for the things you did
Only be sorry for the things that fear
prevented you from doing.
You are you, proud and modest
When the years make you change,
You are you, Strong and rebel
Don't forget your glorious past
You are you"

Be brave to follow your own way once again. Don't be haunted by your past...embrace it.
Let not the past define you, but what you have learnt from it, define your worth.

Pain makes you stronger. Tears make you braver. Heartbreak makes you wiser.
And vodka makes you not remember any of that crap.
Forget being understood. Be remembered.
